History

EBM Corporation’s trace their beginnings to 1976. Clayton Ellsworth was the founder. Today, seven corporations with singular overall objectives, focus on long-term relationships and providing solutions to feed, grain, seed clients, as well as many other industries throughout the country.

In 1981, Guy Ellsworth joined his Dad and their collective goal has been to provide millwright service along with designing and constructing complete, automated facilities from the ground up, for feed, seed, and grain processors and handlers.

In 2003, EBM Construction, Inc. and the other companies were individually separated and placed on their own. Long-term results and performance for our customer has propelled us to be the most successful and respected agricultural contractor in the Midwest.

What also sets us apart and offers a huge advantage over our competition is our ability to also manufacture and custom fabricate when necessary on our premises with our sister companies support and then provide crane access and “certified” operators for safe installation.
